Tony Earnshaw has been writing for Impact on and off since 1992. Over the years he has interviewed some of the greats of action cinema including Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, John Woo, Mel Gibson and Tony Scott. As well as Impact his work has appeared in magazines as diverse as Cinema Retro, Sight & Sound and Fangoria. His books include a portrait of Peter Cushing and a study of the horror classic Night of the Demon. Forthcoming titles include Studies in the Horror Film: Salem’s Lot for Centipede Press. Since 1995 he has been the film critic for the Yorkshire Post.
